Author 123Something123
and would you believe your own doc if she told you it was normal? yea i would believe her, but i still wouldnt be able to fully accept it as normal becasue i know 100% it does not look normal. I think i would continue to hide it for the rest of my life. Sucks.
stillafool
There is this girdle type panty that would help hide that part. You might want to look on line for them. It will certainly help and shape you up as well.
thefooloftheyear
I'm surprised no one has mentioned it....The FUPA... Anyway...Most women who weight train seem to not have this problem...While if you aren't just fat(sounds like you aren't), then its possibly a genetic thing and may be difficult to change... Youre young....give it some time to fully develop...Lots of things change about peoples bodies after 16...Try not to get too hung up on it at this point...But it cant hurt to exercise, at any age... Simple Logic
“The pubic bone should normally be flat and not prominent. The important causes of this bone coming forward are any swelling inside the bone, deformity of spine or deformity of hip joint. All these three things have to be checked by examination and if necessary by X-ray. The same deformity can also be present because of vitamin-D deficiency in childhood and evidence of this will also be seen on X-ray. I advise you to consult an orthopaedic surgeon for examination and proper diagnosis of your condition.”

chillii
l dunno how to say this and you don't have to answer ,but it's hard to say without being too personal all over the internet so sorry about that buttt. If it's like the full mound showing type of thing, to me that is as sexy as hell l love a nice mound on a chick drives me crazy, so l wouldn't worry too much just try and to wear looser stuff, find stuff that covers better or whatever if your uncomfortable about it. You'll probably fill out more in time and it won't be anywhere near as prominent when you get older. And for girls that show , a flat tummy usually makes the goodies far more pronounced too so if you don't like it put on a bit more belly, eat some junk haha, and that usually fills out above more and it won't show as much or maybe even not at all.
