Do you think this PT sounds like hes a player playing games?

It began with me noticing a PT looking right at me when walking into the gym or walking around- he would make direct eye contact and it would always be me looking away since i found it awkward.

My brother happens to train with him and once my brother intro’d me to him and said ‘this is my sis btw’. He didn’t know where to look and eventually looked at me and said hi. It was like he was quite nervous and I felt awkward too. After that he asked my brother questions about what I do for a living and where I work. My bro told him I am a maths tutor and he said that I must have a lot of patience and be very clever.

When I saw him the next time I was going to say hi but he looked down and seemed to avoid me. I’ve caught him looking at me a few times from afar when I turn around and he's behind me. It’s like he’s able to recognise the back of me and watches me when I don’t know.

Recently he was making conversion with my brother asking if he wants a girlfriend. He told my brother he doesn’t have a girlfriend but he’s seeing someone and it’s not serious. My brother asked him if it’s someone from the gym to which the PT responded- ‘no I wouldn’t get with someone from the gym as it may cause problems.’ I'm guessing he knows my brother may mention this to me- so I don't know if he's playing mind games by purposely not talking to me or saying hi but then staring at me?

I assume PT stands for personal trainer?

Seems to me the guy liked what he saw when he looked at you initially but now he has a dilemma. he knows better then to date women who work out where he works. on top of that it would be very bad form for him to date another client's sibling.

So you simply need to keep things professional. If he does ask you on a date, whether you go is up to you but unless he does ask you, do nothing. Assume the circumstances rule him out & carry on with your work outs.

He has told you everything you need to know. He likes to look at you but knows better than to touch, because he likes to keep his job.
