I talk to her once in a blue moon I said excuse me because she's in my way we turn to face each for a second I walk off I start talking to my friend that's about 20 feet in front of me. I turn around to face my friend and the person I passed is still looking at me we both stared for about 5 seconds some guy said something to her as she was staring in my direction she laugh and then look my way again and stared for a few more seconds.
