Tagalz
Hello! I just came home from work. I work in a store and it was busy as hell, but there is one situation where my boss took one colleague at a time that got me overthinking. We were four people at work. Three outside and one inside which was the boss who needed to do work on the computer. So he then took one colleague, he came back and then it was her turn. They both returned back but didn't say anything. Why did my boss take so long to talk to them? is he talking about me? Because I'm a new employee there?
Giraffe-A
I wouldn’t worry about it. This may have been a meeting about a holiday bonus. Since you are new, it would not apply to you.
preraph
You are just paranoid. You're not paying attention to your work because you are constantly trying to monitor what others are doing or saying and that needs to stop. Just be quiet and do your work. Forget about others.
