Blackfrost Posted September 17, 2005 Share Posted September 17, 2005 you can lose fat by building and toning your muscles. 1lb of muscle weighs alot more then 1lb fat. So, if you get your workout regime and eating down to the level that is optimum for your body, you will lose fat and get thinner - but not see a scale change - because you'll be compensating the "scale weight loss" with muscle gain. I haven't lost a single scale pound in 6 weeks - but I have lost another inch off my waist and my bodyfat has gone down a couple more percentage points. Link to post Share on other sites
