Get a lawyer. She should not be entitled to a lifetime Final Restraining Order (FRO) unless you were violent. You finding out about her finances doesn't qualify. You better find out what lies she is telling a judge about you.

An FRO has far reaching repercussions for you. It will pop on a background check & some employers won't hire you. If you have firearms they will be confiscated & you can't buy more. You can't even give them to your family. Some charities won't let you volunteer for them.

Also get your terminology right. An order for sequestration is the order that shuts a jury off from the rest of the world during a trial.

Turning point

A writ of sequestration preserves possession of the property, usually with respect to landlords dealing with very hostile and non-performing tenants. It's the opposition to anyone who would attempt to assert squatter's rights.

This is indeed true for our company, the thinking being it take a series of bad decisions to get to that point.

OP, get a lawyer...

The writ was performed on her 1st husband because she left the property. And for a very important reason other than that i just found out today. Most of her assets were gained illegally by webtrend software that monitors data and statistics for everything from sports to stocks. Because she has access to gov and state data shes able to change her name in the states data and erase herself from existing because she works as a records coordinator for mental health and also runs the i.s. department.

So her credit never changes and she keeps everything gained under that alias. During the 4 years we were together it seemed like all she wanted was to discredit me. She even slapped me and after i grabbed her and asked her to stop she called the cops and had me arreated. Any money she took. Home was paid for like everything else. She even gets her vehicles free that way because she uses someone else ss number that's deceased or her own and files identity theft.

Ive had no money. Shes had me arrested for things i didn't do and has even put my info in the data base and had warrants issued saying i was mentally ill or for whatever reasons she wants. She has complete access to the Texas comptroller system and can access anything. Not to mention the dozens of dummy companies she created and bought reality then sold them all last year after 20 years of doing this. Money is held by a company in New Zealand with 100 percent if the shares being held by the trustees of that company.

She was leaving the first husband because of an affair with a realtor and didn't want him to have access to any of the finances so the writ was so he had to leave and not destroy any of the tangible or intellectual property they owned for ten years. He kept the money he had and a property he got and had to walk away. So im sure hes waiting for next month because its the ten year mark.

There's so much more and mentally I'm exhausted. Physically drained. Shes a psychology major and graduate of Baylor and has had me looking for the last year and now i don't know what to do anymore. Final decree was signed last month and i just found out

So, she’s breaking the law and taking advantage of her position with the gov’t for financial gain and that has not caught up with her? If that’s true, I’d damn well expose her illegal activities. On the other hand, if you’ve know all this time that she was doing these things and just now try to expose her, you may not be taken seriously. How long has she been using her gov’t position illegally for her own financial gain?

You need a lawyer.

Turning point -- the OP said protective order in his Q. That is not a writ of sequestration. The writ you describe I know as a lis pendence

A order regarding property does not label the OP as dangerous so he still has to get his terms of art straight.

Sounds like you need a FRO against her since she is the one who hit you. If she's a criminal, you definitely need a lawyer to straighten this all out. Legal process can't happen without notice to you. If you just found out, get a lawyer & act to protect your own rights.

Some of what you have said she has done is hard for me to believe but you need to get an attorney because she sounds scary. And the last thing you need is for her to start blaming any of her illegal conduct on you.

I find it hard to believe that just because she has access to mental health records that she is permitted to access a bunch of other government data bases as well which she would need to do some of the things you say she does. Why have you not reported this illegal activity? Is it because you have also benefited from her actions?

Sounds like he was at least dependent on her income...

For some reason you've inserted what you want to see rather than what was actually posted. Pay attention to what he is actually writing. The writ has nothing to do with him. She obtained it against real estate withe respect to SOMEONE ELSE - a prior husband, divorced almost a decade ago. This action has no bearing on him at all save, that she may be entitled to equity which he will have no share in.

OP,

There are many women who work the system however, that does not quite fit the narrative you are portraying. If she did indeed receive a decree of divorce without a response from you then that requires that: a.) you could not be located for service (abandonment), or b.) your were incarcerated or otherwise constrained to a rehabilitation program.

Issuance of a protection order requires a hearing within a prescribed period of time, and you make no mention of a lawyer, or court appearances of any kind.

Now you're describing her as some kind of international criminal who steals identities and cars but, goes undetected for decades. I believe she's pretty slick, perhaps even abusive herself, but I also don't think we're getting the whole picture.

To get sincere advice (even online) you need to tell people what is real.
