Miracle90 Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 (edited) I'm not sure how often this situation happen: Your most trusted friend walks out of the life for no reason and the former bully you had to literally beat into submission turned into your close friend. My former best friend (Martha) all of the sudden stop talking to me a week before our HS prom. Till this day I don't know why she deleted and blocked me from her contact list. I heard she was always jealous of my achievements, not sure. Meanwhile this tough and big female bully I had several fist fights with in grades 5th, 7th and 10th, ending with me really beating the living hell out of her in our last fight (after many even matches where both of us had bruises) and making her cry became my friend afterwards. Still good friends till this day. We went from totally hating each other to being close friends. In fact our friendship is much better than the one I had with Martha. That's the weird irony in life: The one whom I would have never imagined even saying hi those years and I had to beat her up (earning her respect that day) became my permanent good friend whom has indeed helped me a lot with current issues. We support each other. Meanwhile the one whom I expected the friendship to last, trusted her with all my secrets and never gotten into a fight with ever...walked out of my life for no reason. Usually I'm good in seeing people's intentions and can tell (most of the time) who is being superficial. 1
