I mean I’m almost 40 two kids later and I go to the gym daily sometimes twice a day (once cardio) ( 2nd time weights. It’s not that horrible for him to want his wife to look and feel great. Even more so for her health. I’m sure the bottles of wine a night aren’t the fruit she needsthis is typical for women to let themself go. Why wouldn’t you wanna look your best and be sexy? And I'm 40, have a toddler, am a size 4/6 at 5'10" and have never set foot in a gym a day in my life (outside of when I played sports in high school). What you do is fine for YOU but other women don't have to be held to the standards of "go to the gym, work out, have to be a size X" mentality. And any man that will dump his WIFE or cheat on her because she isn't a size X is a piece of sh*t in my book. He wants her to look some way not because SHE wants to but because HE wants her to. That's a world of difference. Here, here!!! And to add... I'm also almost 40. 4 kids. Size 0. I used to go to the gym daily, too. Because I had time. These days I do not as I'm too busy. And unless I want to skip sleep (of which I get 6 hrs a night now), I will just have to deal with the lack of exercise and the weight gain from it. Thankfully the man in my life is understanding and isnt so darn shallow. Even as he is a work out buff himself.
