kolinsin
At the beginning of winter there was a lot of snow. And my family and I spent a lot of time on the street. We went skiing and tubing. But one weekend, I didn’t successfully ski down a hill. My ankle joint was damaged. Two months have already passed. My leg still hurts. And already there is spring. and I really want to change shoes. I have a lot of shoes with heels. I want to look elegant and beautiful. But with the pain in my leg, shoes with heels are not happy. Can someone suggest a good pain reliever? Edited March 13, 2019 by a LoveShack.org Moderator clarity
preraph
Your doctor is the only one you should take pain pills from. There is stuff on the street that will KILL you.
d0nnivain
there are sooo many bones, joints & ligaments in the ankle. If you haven't healed by now or obtained proper medical treatment, you may have already done some serious damage by ignoring it for this long. Make an appointment with an orthopedist to get X-rays & possibly an MRI sooner rather than later. Do not mask the pain just yet. That pain is your body's way of alerting you to a continuing problem. Ignore those signals at your own risk.
basil67
What does your sports physio/doctor advise? As for the shoes, pain is a sign that something is wrong. If you can't wear heels without pain, then don't wear them. Buy some nice flats.
amaysngrace
Have you been receiving care for the injury? Unless you get what’s wrong fixed properly, medicine is only going to cover it up and the condition may only stay the same or could even get worse. Taking pills can cause additional damage. It’s best to see someone who specializes in managing and healing the type of injury you sustained.
Author kolinsin
I have passed the possible examinations and consultations of doctors. I do not have a broken leg or a torn ligament. I finished taking the medicine in pill form. But I can not lead a normal life. Leg pain does not relax to the fullest. I dislike lazy lifestyle.

preraph
You could have nerve pain or something, for which you'd want to start with an internal medicine doc and then he might refer you. There are diseases that give you chronic pain.

whichwayisup
It's only been 2 months, depending on how severe your injury was, rest is the best. Do physio if need be, talk to your Dr. Don't wear shoes that make your feet hurt!

sega13
Cheers. I know the pain in the joints. I also suffered from such pain after an injury. I was advised to oil CBD. It turned out to be quite effective. You only need to follow the instructions. The oil is made from natural plants - hemp. And besides, does not contain narcotic components. After a week of using the oil, the pain completely disappeared. I bought here:https://thehempoilbenefits.com/
amaysngrace
I drink cbd enhanced water. It totally relaxes me. They also make chocolates in a small jar that have a similar effect. We have them too. It’s so good to feel chill.

I bought here:https://thehempoilbenefits.com/ When I start to hurt my joints, I rub them with a specially infused solution of twenty-two herbs infused with vodka. This solution helps me almost immediately or with a few days. But in your case, you probably got a serious injury, so it’s certainly better to turn to good specialists in this area first. .
