Tired of the all the "Asian" Threads

Hi,

Well, I'll start off by introducing a little about myself. My name's John, and I've just started going to college this September. I'm Chinese, and I was born and raised in the United Kingdom for my entire life.

 

I don't know how I stumbled upon this site, but I was intrigued when I came across this forum. You could say that I was shocked when I read a few of the threads concerning Asians i.e Why don't Caucasian women like Asian men? Why do Caucasian men like Asian men?

 

Myself, being an Asian man have had no problems whatsoever towards Caucasian or Asian women at all. Despite what other posts say, I as an individual, am not short (pretty much the same as my other Caucasian friends, medium build.) and I don't have a small dick.

 

Now, when I finished browsing a few posts, I strongly got the impression that they were aimed to put down Asian men in general. They don't say constuct or give out much advice, they simply say that "Asian men are undesirable" or "Asian men are short." which just digs them into a bigger hole. No wonder a lot of Asian men on these fourms or in real life lack confidence.

 

I am confident, assertive and out-going, that's the way I am. My message is that: I don't even see why ethnics should matter. It's all down to your personality. Asian men need to stop reading these sterotypes, and just be yourself. As I said earlier, I have no problem with women whatsoever. Incredibly enough, I've had both Asian and Caucasian women attracted towards me despite what previous posts say.

 

As an added note, some of my friends have asked me whether I'm 50% or 75% Asian at some points. I don't know why, but I presume it's because of my build, appearance which may be different to the typical stereotype.

 

Bottom line: It's the personality that counts! And I don't mean that in some sort of "discarding physical appearance" way. Sure physical appearance counts too, but that certainly won't carry you through a potential relationship.
