[]Thanks to to everyone who contributed constructively - I appreciate all of your time, even the opinions I did not want to hear were well thought through and constructive and I am turning a corner as a result of your input. I valued being able to talk to people who had been in similar situations and have helped show me the way through some very dark times. Goodbye and please all take care of yourselves. The older I get the more I realise that life is far from black and white but we define our own choices and the people we want to be. Thank you again.
