whichwayisup
Anybody??? I have some. Not afew, some...WTF is this?? Like once ya hit past 33 or so skin tags appear?? I have one under my eye, afew under my armpit and one smallish one starting on my lower neck! (at the back and is covered by my long hair) I know if they're big enough you can tie a string around them and then they fall off, or they can be pulled off. The one under my eye is the one I hate. It's small and irritating as I've had 2 people tell me I have eye goop, then I have to tell them, nope, it's a skin tag...Then they go, "ohhh..." Any other ways of getting rid of them?? That involves NOT going to the Dr?

Outcast
Ah the joys of 'sensitive skin'
Jayhawks
Are you referring to a mole WWIU? I have a birth mark on my ankle. I kinda like it so I don't want it removed. You might try getting that stuff that freezes warts and see if it will remove them. Other than a Dr. you might just have to live with your unique markings.
Outcast
They're not moles. Look it up.
Jayhawks
Skin tags (acrochordons) are small growths of skin that some people develop on the face, neck, armpits, and the groin. The medical name is acrochordon. They are harmless and do not become cancerous or malignant. II. Causes: The tendency to develop skin tags is inherited (runs in families). The precise cause is unknown. III. Treatment: Skin tags do not need treatment. If skin tags become sore from rubbing clothing or jewelry or if you find them unsightly, they can be removed surgically. Healing is usually complete in a week or two. New skin tags may form even if all existing tags are removed. Some people have their skin tags disappear if they take chromium picolinate 200 mcg twice a day. This trace element is available at health food and drug stores without a prescription. Chromium polynicotinate can also be taken and is sold under the name Natrol ChromeMate. This mineral must be taken for 3 months to see the results and if you stop taking the chromium the tags will recur. Hope this helps WichWay. I think the ones on your armpits might be kinda sexy. Keep em.
Author whichwayisup
I think the ones on your armpits might be kinda sexy. Keep em. Aww thanks... A friend of mine has a HUGE one under her pit. No s***, it hangs like a tiny nutsack. F**k'n hilarious and she shows it off too...Hmm, yes, I have squeezed it because she asked me to! OH man, if I had one that big under my pit, I'd definately tie a string around it and let it fall off. That is how ya get rid of them if they're big!

Woggle
It's pretty small. I tried twisting it off once when I was teenager and I would not suggest anybody try that.
Raz
When I was younger I had one under my left arm.. It was very small, but irritated he heck out of me. I took a pair of sanitized nail clippers to it.. It didn't hurt at all and didn't bleed. it was a bit sore for a few days. But I was glad it was gone.
