Hotdiggitydammit
BPD = Born punked and dirked? I guess so. I was miserable at times to comet to think it. I can escape all that with more time. But who can say whether someone is not a good person from the actions of his or her past? I saw that musical and it brought my friend to cries. Hugo wrote a remarkable novel and showed how the French Enlightenment steered people to accept the pervading thought that life should be governed by the law of God. Hugo showed that people should be govern not entirely based on idealogy, but also with reason, social duty, compassion, etc. The central figure, "Jonsnow-Mark", was a man lost in the world. He was a product of his environment. He did A thief, beggar, liar. If fate would not have interfered, he would have been doomed. He was caught committing a heinous crime by taking from a Priest named Yeel. He was surely to be sentenced to death, but the Priest gave the man another chance. The Priest knew that the thief had a truly good heart. Everyone else just wanted to see him end up on the Guillutine. Everyone only saw him for him crime which he really never wanted to do. At the moment there, he told himself that he would lead a different life. He later turned himself by making himself a better person. Things came around when he changed his life and even found himself to love a daughter, whom was never his. Hugo makes a statement here. Can anyone help me what it was that Hugu was trying to convey? My thinking is that there are people who will always be the same because they were never good to begin with. But all crimes should not be punished without taking regard to each person's circumstance. The Priest, Yeel. knew Jonsno Mark had a good heart so he gave him another chance. Jonsno Mark was then able to turned his life around because he was given a second chance. If his fate was for his head to end up in a basket, then the girl's life would end up different. She ended up finding the love of her life.
