Homer5078
Don't know if anyone is aware, but in new Jersey there's a divorce from bed and board. What that basically is so the spouse can stay on the health insurance. Only Clause, if either party wants to remarry than you must amend it to final divorce. When we divorced I did all the paperwork myself couldn't bare spending 15k each on an attorney, we just put that money into the kids account. Luckily we sat down and decided what's best for the kids. Even the Judge said wish all couples were like this, if you think about it, the longer you prolonged divorce the lawyers are making extra money. So is that picture on the wall really worth an extra 2k for the attorney? If you have kid's, be smart, if any one needs help filling in New Jersey, please message me. I am extremely familiar with the process since I ask ALOT of questions and research. Jay
preraph
Good job! Yes, judges love it when you're both thinking about the kids instead of yourselves. Which happens too rarely.
