d0nnivain Posted July 17, 2019 Share Posted July 17, 2019 I did not read the article but I have always been told that when you enter a "strange" room, introduce yourself. If one of the 1st things your brain hears is its own name in its own voice it helps you relax because your brain tells you that this is a "safe" space. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
