Bluecheesenofleas Posted June 26, 2019 Share Posted June 26, 2019 I've lost allot of weight to the point of looking frail yet despite this loss in weight I still have a double chin I honestly feel this is genetic my dad had a visible double chin although he was slightly overweight. How effective are chin exercises and as I get old my skin will be looser so any form of liposuction does not provide a permanent solution? Link to post Share on other sites

You should make sure your meals are on point, and that you're drinking enough water. Both of those things - protein and hydration - are big stepping stones to ensure tighter skin.
