Last ditch attempts to keep her?

We were friends, we are friends. 2 months ago I did too much drinking, she just a little. We went to bed together. Drunkeness impaired my performance terribly! I managed to get MY satisfaction before passing out.

In the morning she was gone, hurt. Took some time to become friends again.

I'd like to become re romantic with her. She hated the episode and doesn't want to go there again.

The standard advice is to drop it. Sound advice it is. But I won't heed it.

With the luxury of time I want to try to re ignite the fire.

Slow going so as not to spook her.

What things might I do to attempt getting her back?

I've made the excuses and pologised for that drunken evening.

Now were just doing the things we used to as friends.

Someday, I'll give up, but not right away.

Some women take sex very much to heart, they think it has to be magical.

If it isn't, then you have an uphill climb.

Don't come across desperate, every now and then mention how you would like to go for it again when sober. (keeps it on her mind)

O chops,

I would add that a good method is not to pin everything on a single moment.

Don't ask her to "join me or break my heart". Her rejection in that case would slam a door shut.

Keep the door open.

Out of curiosity, what did she say about the episode?

Why not?

You're spooking me, so imagine how she'll be feeling!

I should hope so too. Just because she decides to accept an apology from you that doesn't mean she has to accept you back into her bed for a retrial.

I see potential, so I won't give up yet.

Good of her accept my apology. I want more than friends, more than bed too.

Don't want to scare her, thats why I'm seeking help here.
