Day 4...

It’s been tough but I’m going to stick to this challenge. Right now it’s one of the only things keeping me sane. In fact I think this is the only updates I’ll be posting in the near future.

Today is cardio...and ab work. Anyone else out there doing this? Lol

Hi Hope. How are you doing? It's tough, right? Don't be afraid to give into your feelings and cry it out. Make sure you find an IC this week.

So I discovered my city library offers weekly fitness classes FREE! They have tai chi, yoga, qi gong, zumba, and a couple others. I really have no excuses now other than keeping a consistent exercise regime is the thing I've always sucked at the most. I'm going to need lots of encouragement to get going!

Stay strong, Hope, and fearless! And big girls DO cry...you're going to be ok in time.

How to invite members to a private group

If you've already created a group, and have decided to make that group Private, you can easily invite members, as long as you know their username(s).

In a Desktop Browser

Click the 'Community' tab at the top of the page.

Then select 'Groups'.

Once you're in the Groups section, scroll until you find your custom group under 'My Groups'.

When you're in your custom group (as a group owner or leader), click the green 'Options' button.

Then click 'Invite Members' and from there you can type in their usernames.

Please note that if you are trying to add a user who's username isn't auto-populating in that field, it's because that user has never clicked into the community before. Please send your friend a message letting them know that they need to click the community tab at least once before their name will show up in that field.

Next, you just need to wait for your friends to accept their invites.

In our Android and iOS apps

Click the 'More' tab.

Then 'Community'.

Select the 'Chat bubble icon' on the top left of the icons.

Then select 'Groups'.

Once you're in the Groups section, scroll until you find your custom group under 'My Groups'.

When you're in your custom group (as a group owner or leader), click the blue 'Options' button.

Private Group Search

Since you've created a private group, your group will not be searchable via the groups' search feature. In order to share your group, please send an invitation to the users you'd like to join.

In order to join a private group, you'll need to know the user who created the group, or a group leader. You can send that member a Private Message to get an invitation to join the group.

I have committed myself to working out at least twice a week.

This morning went for a run and did some core exercises.

Working out is huge for keeping your mood up and your head clear.
