Bill08
Do you think that only those who have a desire to be married and start a family need to watch their diets since the health consequences effect others and not just themselves? Also if I have no desire to fight for a healthier life and just eat whatever then do you think I'm better off dead?
amaysngrace
I eat whatever I want and I’m not better off dead because then I wouldn’t be able to eat whatever I want.
Happy Lemming
I'm single and 54 years old... never married and will never get married. I utilize healthy eating habits and daily exercise to keep all of my numbers in the healthy range. Weight, cholesterol, sugar, BMI, blood pressure, PSA, etc. exactly where my doctor tells me they should be. No one is better off dead, if you are not sure about your health or what your numbers should be, consult your doctor. He/She will be glad to advise you about heart health, long life, etc.
