Yes. Dealing in cash does make things more difficult. There should still be some type of recorded transfer going on unless he's stuffing envelope full of bills and sending it. There is bank to bank transfer, wire transfer (Western Union as an example), cashiers check or Postal money order.

 

If he's using multiple accounts to transfer funds that would be quite an effort. There is also the currency exchange to consider unless the country the money is going to happens to have the same monetary system.

 

Have you checked out the government records site yet? What about the hospital where she had the baby? In the states, it's common to announce births in the newspapers. I wonder if that might help you.

There may not be an easy way.....or at least a cheap way. The "easiest" is probably a private investigator.

I'm assuming that since you ask the question, it is physically possible for your husband to be the father? ie he was in that country previously and at the right time to have a relationship and father the child?

 

If so, I'm afraid the answer is pretty obvious:

He has a secret hidden account that he uses to keep track of another woman and her child.

Sadly there is only the one plausible explanation for that.

If, by some remote chance, there was an innocent explanation, he would have done everything possible to prove that. Simply denying it, then hiding his phone, is a sure sign of guilt.

 

You need to confront him, over not just his other child, but his lies and deception.

But before you do this, you need to decide what it is exactly you want to achieve. He's a liar and a deceiver. (Possibly an adulterer, I don;t know the dates?) Unless he's convinced you are deadly serious, he'll probably just lie again, so be prepared for that.
