johan
I've been brushing my teeth using peroxide. Doesn't work fast but it works and the peroxide cost me fifty-nine cents.

johan
A guy in my office does that for years, so I can't tell if its working. How long does it take untill you notice a change?? Thanks! Did you check out his teeth? I don't smoke. I drink coffee and tea, but not heavily. I've been doing it for 4 or 5 weeks. My teeth weren't bad to start with. I think I noticed an improvement after a week or so, I think, but it's real gradual so it could have been in my head. But my teeth are pretty white now. I'd say in another month or two I'd be happy with them. Maybe you should try it for a few weeks and see what you think.
Outcast
Talk to your dentist. Some substances can damage your enamel. The dental whiteners are compounded to not wreck your teeth. You can try the Arm & Hammer Extra Whitening toothpaste, which works quite well and isn't that expensive. However, if your teeth are badly stained, a dentist's office may be the best place to get treated.
