Do you really want your child to grow up being influenced by someone like her? How do you "take custody" of a child by unilateral decision? What you're suggesting is one of the silliest things I've read on this platform for quite some time. Are you suggesting OP should kidnap the child and go back to his country of origin that, hopefully, is not party to the Hague Convention? It's time to get separate accounts and don't put her name on it and don't have the statements sent to your home.
