Help!!!

Hello people,

 

At the start of this school semester there was a girl in my english class. For the past 3 weeks, I had only made eye contact with her, but that was it. Eventually this week, I made conversation with her. During my break I saw her in the cafeteria and we talked. She asked me, if she can sit next to me at class. Since there's this fat chick who always sits next to her and this fat chick thinks that the two of them are best friends. I found that to be very weird, but it wasn't a bad thing in my case. During class, she would smile at me in class and everything went well. Alright once class was over, I asked for her phone number and told her I would give her a call sometime. She didn't hesitate at all when she gave me her number.

The next day when I see her, she doesn't say hi to me at all. At that point I wondered if she didn't say anything because she was expecting a call from me that previous night. While we are waiting for our class, I said "Pssssh, don't even say hi!...that's so arrogant of you." Well she says hi and we engaged in a small conversation. The next day, she actually says hi to me and engaged in a small conversation once again. Once class was over, I talk to her again. However, the fat chick is ruining chances for me. Whenever I talk to this girl, the fat chick like answers the questions I ask the girl I like.

So I decided that I will call her because I didn't think things were going all too well. Well I call her and the conversation lasted ONE MINUTE!!! I had to end it since it was so boring. Maybe she wasn't that talkative because she was shopping. So I told her that I would give her a call later. I call about 7 hours laters and she doesn't pick up.

At this moment, I have some ideas how I may have screwed this up. This is what I think a.) I called her arrogant and b.) I didn't call her right away. Well I see her tommorow at school and I'm not sure how to react to her.

 

PLEASE HELP ME PEOPLE!!!
