Thank you for fixing it! 🙂

Ooops spoke too soon. I have faith though.

I've been getting reaction notifications on the new system. However, overnight something new. For the last two reactions I ALSO received email to notify me there has been a reaction. I REALLY don't want my email mailbox cluttered with that stuff. Is there a way to 'turn it off'?

I have a post that's stuck in 'hidden' mode post edit after I removed a link and has been for nearly twenty minutes. Not entirely sure why.

I have a link-including post that's in link jail, not sure what to do except wait. A 250 post link green light would be nice ...

Tip-  once the post is auto-moderated, editing out the link won't help. We'll get to it. Better to leave it and wait.

Update preferences for individual topics on the right....

within the last 12 hours or so, I've strarted getting notifications to my email ).  Never had email notifications before and haven't changed my settings.   Is this what you're referring to here?   If so, I can't see how to fix.   If not, is this a glitch or do I need to change something?

I just noticed the I can now change my display name. I don't think this was possible previously? Since it is pretty easy for my family/friends to figure out who I am by my username and based on my postings, I might want to change mine to help me stay anonymous. Does this create any issue with my historical postings? If I change my display name, and they click on my previous posts, does it change my display name on those old posts, too? I'm just curious. I may not even change my display name.

I've recommended these forums to so many people that I want to stay anonymous if/when my friends or family members come out here and start posting! I suspect one of them has, based on some postings I've been reading and now I am worried someone might figure me out just as easily!!

The name on your posts and quoted content will update. If I typed your prior name here, xxxxx, it wouldn't change. Your name history will show to you in your profile.

ya' know, the junk email about LS notifications has really gotten annoying. Clearly something changed some time between Jan 29 and Jan 30. 'It would be really nice' if it got changed back.

Another suggestion for the reactions/emotes could be... Nice Post!/Nice One!  Something like that.

Dunno - too much like Like? Maybe. Guess it depends how many of these things you can reasonably code/incorporate.

Besides the notifications glitch, is anyone having log-in problems, like getting logged out or seeing errors?

I have not had any of those issues.  I think I remember setting my notification preferences back when we switched over, though.  I certainly hope it doesn't start now, though!

I just had an issue getting into the site, but it was momentary.  It said something about possible cloud something.

Also, this very topic here, General/Loveshack.org Questions and Comments, if I go in from the Forum view, it only has the first 66 pages (2002) and it says on the topic elaboration to contact the admin privately if you have a LS question.  But then I go in through My Activity, posts I've written on and I can get in here.  That's weird.

So I  chose the topic and then choose >> to go to the last page, but the last page is 2002, Page 66.  So better let Paul know about that.

I’ve been seeing multiple error codes. Not that often, but in the last few days. Never before that. One of them freaked me out because it was asking me to do some  captcha thing so I could prove I was a human and not a machine. I just clicked out and went back in.

The others just say error code and have my I.P address there.

I don’t know. It’s not really bothering me too much but I do think it’s weird.

Paul  posted here on notifications:

Also, expect posts including quotes with links to be auto-moderated, even if edited. I just approved one.

Hi I have a post that that is coming up as "hidden" as well. No links, no PMs this has happened a few times (and now I have a double post in "what are you eating")

Hey, last evening I posted something that had a link and now it's just disappeared and I can't find it in search or anything, no notifications about it.  I put it in "In Search Of," because that is where it will be pertinent and the title was something like "Help-rejecting complainers - this is actually a thing," and it was a Psychology Today article.
