work is kicking my ass cuz im tired as crap all the time and im falling behind in college. can anyone tell me some tips to catch up and stay on task with my now limited as hell schedule? thx

yeup i kno how u feel!! i have a crazy schedule sometimes too. i work everyday and go to school and go back to work. then i work weekends doing promotional things and other tiring things. i'd say the best way to feel ok about all this is to make sure you know what you're doing and when you need to do it. plan ahead and keep notes on a calendar. make sure you set goals to get certain things done early like studying. sleep is the greatest help. set a bedtime and make sure that everyday you know what you need to do and are able to fulfill it by the designated bedtime. if you are too overwhelmed you need to slow down and organize your time and activities and see where you can cut some out...take care!! ~natalya
