How to end work drama?

Recommended Posts

I love my job and plan to stay there as long as possible. My problem is I work with all females and it is like high school with so much drama and talking behind people's back. Everyone is so two-faced there that it makes it really hard to want to go to work some days. Thankfully I am in the one position that can avoid it for the most part, but the few hours in the morning when I have to work with all the little childish girls is terrible.

Anyone have any advice on how to help end the high school like environment or is this something I will have to accept because females are stupid sometimes.

Typically no way to stop it from my experience. A lot of people claim to hate drama but won't hesitate to stir the pot if they know they won't have to lick the spoon.

Just don't participate and try not to draw attention to yourself. The drama typically dies down after a while.

Yeah I just have enough drama in my own life. The last thing I want to deal with at work Is childish little girls. I don’t understand why they can’t see we are all on the same team.

oh well like I said I have my own little area/job so it’s only 1-2 hours I have to put up with it, but it’s frustrating

Do not participate in the drama and if possible change the topic to current events, latest movies or books, travel, etc. You can't change human nature.
