Lil Honey
I was thinking about my stagnating life this morning. I have two other friends that are in the same boat. None of us likes our job, yet none of us has left it. Since all three of us are that way, I'm sure that there are millions more. (And of course, just because there are millions doesn't mean we have to "be like them" or "settle" like them.) I don't know what keeps us stuck. Lack of confidence, lack of plentiful jobs, lack of skill, fear of the unknown, fear of change. It could be any or all of those and more. Everything is a risk and I guess each of us has to choose to take a risk or settle for being right where we are and try to make that a good thing. I just don't know how to do either. *sigh*
alphamale
None of us likes our job, yet none of us has left it. the best time to look for a new job is when you are already gainfully employed the worst time to look for a new job is when you don't have one.
