Anyone got real estate experience - best selling feature cover letter/resume?

A friend of mine has been interested in getting into the real estate business for a bit. Just wondering if anyone's got tips for selling yourself on resume / cover letter with no direct or even a lot of sales experience.

So a friend of yours is interested in getting into the real estate business? My first question is why are you asking and not him/her? Secondly, if this friend of yours really wants to do real estate and gain experience then he/she can come work with me.
