How much of your 'real' personality do you 'hide' at work?

I have an extremely dry, sarcastic sense of humor that can teeter towards the "dark side". And, I'm a teacher.. So, the majority of my personality gets hidden at work. It can backfire on me because it makes me hard to read but it's better than getting fired.

None at all.  I’m a well-mannered polite professional and a total phony on the job.

Even my nails are fake. 😝

I am myself at all times.  I don't change for anyone.  If I get along with you.  Great for us and work.  If I don't.  I may not be heavy handed about it but you will know.

I've always been authentic. I just can't play the corporate bull* game: it irritates the hell out of me when people lick up to the bosses and when people lie/exaggerate about their capabilities etc.

However, I have gone through ALOT of jobs and sector changes over the years, often to my disadvantage financially BUT my integrity remains in tact and I wouldn't have it any other way.
