greymatter Posted March 5, 2020 Share Posted March 5, 2020 I'm currently doing a 15 minute video workout 2-3 times a week (Metabolic Aftershock) but the squats and lunges are aggravating an old skiing knee injury. If I can find a short 15-30 minute (at most) yoga video, I think that would give me a pretty good workout. If you have any favorites, please let me know. Link to post Share on other sites
