ItsAllConfusing Posted May 10, 2020 Share Posted May 10, 2020 I frustrate easily. I'm sensitive and defensive. My boyfriend and I keep clashing because I get so irritated easily. I'm an overthinker. I worry about how others view me. I stress out. Im insecure. I'm so inward that it's tiring me out. I want to get rid of all of these things and just be a chill person who isn't bothered by anything. I want to be confident. I'm quiet and closed up. I'm not a team player. I want peace and I want to be free. I want to be open. On top of all of this I'm treating my body horribly. I'm sleeping late and working long hours. I've gained weight and I feel uncomfortable in my body. I'm not overweight. I'm just a bit bigger than I normally am. I'm tired of me. Marc878 Posted May 10, 2020 Share Posted May 10, 2020 Yes, maybe get some individual counseling. If you don’t you’ll end up pushing your BF away permanently. Foxhall Posted May 10, 2020 Share Posted May 10, 2020 start doing more things that you enjoy, do not be seeking your boyfriend's or anyone else's approval, , just get involved some activities you like or want to learn further about, and you are likely to become happier in yourself, you also may meet more like minded people who you will feel comfortable around. 1 Link to post Share on other sites
