pref eko
Hello, I need an advice for my current relationship. I have girlfriend and we have been together for 6 months. I really loved her at the beginning but gradually I started to feel depressed, anxious and worried. I thought that i do not love her and that might be the case but now I don’t know if actually love her or no. I like her and I don’t want us to break up. But am not happy and it have been a long time and i don't know what to do. We used to text a lot and also gradually i stopped liking to text a lot so I expressed how did i feel and we stopped talking a lot but she is not happy about that. I really need help, what should I do.
schlumpy
You should recognize that your trial relationship has not blossomed. It's time to have a serious talk so she knows how you feel. Maybe you can remain friends but I don't recommend it for now. Maybe in the future when feelings are not immediate. It's time to take what you've learned from this relationship and see if you can't use that knowledge to choose someone with more long-term potential from your point of view of course. It's just life. d0nnivain
Love takes time to build -- years. The early feelings are lust, limerence, or some combo of first steps on the way to love. Stop putting so much pressure on yourself & the relationship. That said, if at the very early 6 month mark you don't find yourself falling deeper in love, getting closer, wanting more . . . but instead you are pulling back, that is telling you this isn't working for you. That is OK. Dating is a try out. You are finding what works & what doesn't. It's a weeding out process. Treat is as such rather then a game of muscle chairs like you don't want to be the last uncoupled person standing. It's OK to be choosy & to get your needs met in a way that you want more.
