Ellener
I started putting on weight at the start of the pandemic, so I just spent 6 weeks working on taking it off. Happy moment this am when I tried on a skirt I bought in a size too small and it fits! The same change of diet finished curing my type 2 diabetes, which has been a work in progress for about four years and now I'm med free. I see a lot of people out walking and running, is your health better or worse overall since the lockdown?
Haydn
Pretty svelte. But we have consumed a load of fast food deliveries, (Actually we did before) I tried to sway it to ordering very healthy food but it usually only worked out after we drowned it in mayo....
rjc149
Good job on the weight loss! I'm probably the same. I've been keeping up my fairly rigorous cardio routine with jump rope and burpees, 30 minutes daily. I've been cooking more at home too, which is cheaper and healthier. And I have the time now. I've been drinking a bit more than usual. I've taken to strong, heavy ales. Probably 200-300 calories a bottle. But I haven't noticed a paunch.
Fresh_Start
Worse. I'm an avid weight lifter and while I do have some weights at home to work with, they are no substitute for what I had access to at the gym. My legs and glutes have gotten the worst of it as I'd worked my way up to doing almost 900 pounds for reps on the leg press and have nothing at my disposal that is even remotely comparable to moving that kind of weight around in the absence of a gym. It's tough to predict how much strength I will have lost in many of my heavy compound lifts and how much atrophy I've attained in those body parts, especially legs and glutes. I live in a county northwest of Philadelphia, which is a region of the country that was hit particularly hard by COVID-19 (in other words, just under 1% of the population 🙄), so our gyms here are still closed without even a tentative timeline for when they will reopen. Ruby Slippers
My weight is unchanged, but I'm a little less toned. I still exercise, but not quite the wide range I was doing before. With more things opening up, hopefully I can adjust that soon. It shouldn't take me long to get my tone back. It's still there, just needs to be reactivated.

I feel pretty good except I messed my feet up a bit doing all that walking every day before I got my own place...I'm going to make a 2020 vision board tomorrow and fixing my calluses ( calouses? ) and one day getting a pedicure is going to be right on there! I've been doing this exercise for toning tops of arms, it's just a little wall push up thing about 100 a day, seems to be working. Really enjoyed going in the pool this week. This new place I live is really cool 😎
