almostthere Posted October 11, 2005 Share Posted October 11, 2005 My exhusband and I have decided that we definitly make better friends then anything else. We actually really get along well now and have been open and honest with the people that we date by telling them ahead of time that we do get along and we will always be friends. He is currently living with his gf and her little son and i am in a new relationship...yet again. we swap stories about our "love lives" and neither one of us gets jealous about it. we recently decided to make arrangments to go out to dinner tomorrow night. my bf knows who i am going with but i dont know if she knows. is it strange to be on this level with your ex? we were married for 6 years and together for 10. we are divorced now for 2 and a half years. my bf understands this time around who knows about the next time. the nice thing is...i am thinking of canceling because me and my bf havent spent a day apart yet in the past month. new relationships...gotta love em. but i also know i could use a little time away from him. i am harboring some negative feelings for him recently. anyway....thats that I guess. i know its weird but its also good for our kids to see mom and dad not arguing.
