Friend has terrible planning; feeling taken for granted at times

I didn't really change what I want to do a whole lot but you're right it's annoying and I'm bringing the annoyance on myself. I guess I fooled myself into believing she would change based on what happened last year, turns out I was probably wrong. Next time I visit, I will definitely organise my time better.
