elaine567
What type of vehicle do you have? Is it suitable for travelling long distances in ice and snow? Some cars are heavy, solid and reliable have four wheel drive and handle well in ice and snow, others are totally unsuitable. That is why Happy Lemming is suggesting an old 4x4, as it will battle on through.

Quick Question... Does this "new position" come with the added benefit of a 401-K or "RRSP" (retirement savings) match??

If it did (and you did decide to take the job), now would be the time to max out the contribution and start your retirement savings. Time is going to pass and the years will continue to tick by, starting and continuing to put money into your RRSP is both a good idea and a good habit to get into. Maybe make a News Years Resolution to begin the process of saving for your retirement.
Pumaza
Dont do it if you dont feel safe. Im sure they got other jobs for you there or option to only drive in your city or so. Job should be at some level simething you like and feels good about. If there is already so many stuff you dont like means its not your thing. Seek something that is your thing.
