Davbaxt
Some of you may remember my other thread The bullies have stepped up their game, Things have got worse, Simon has been sleeping in the office, he also tried killing himself. I found him when I had to pop in to the office to pick something up. I saw a sleeping bag and his stuff. I've not reported that to management because Simon would get fired, and be in a worse position than he appears to be. When he come round in the hospital (they let me stay with him even in this covid climate) he turned to me and said that I should have let him go, that it would have pleased everyone. I did get he was thrown out of his parents house because someone convinced his mum he was taking drugs. So they threw him out because they have a zero tolerance policy on drugs, so he was sleeping in the office during lockdown. I've offered him my spare room, he told me I still have a potential career at our employer. I've got a meeting with the owner. I feel I'm going behind his back. Do I just in the meeting spill everything or do I get Simons consent to talk? Something needs to be done.
Ellener
From your other thread the bosses refused to believe/help with serious workplace harrassment/bullying? Do you think they will be sympathetic or helpful now? How old is Simon? It's his family who need to help with getting him housing, a doctor, counselling, though they sound uncaring and ignorant. Sad situation.
Author Davbaxt
His bosses don't take note this is the owner of the company. I've got my meeting shortly with him. Simon is 33 but his parents are very old school. I've got him in my spare room. I haven't told him about the meeting. I really should.
