Friend is furious at me, should I just call it quits?

Congratulations. Maintain that boundary of no contact with your friend. That's always hard since you've known each other for 15 years of your lives.

I wished my friend happy holidays and sent her a Christmas card/gift. It’s hard for me to hold a grudge with my friends.

I told her that I’m relatively certain the guy she’s seeing taking advantage of her and I didn’t approve of it one bit. I know it is not my place, but she dates people who are clearly not good for her then she acts all devastated and surprised when things eventually collapse. She also has been doing some shady things to him too. Update just to say I called it. I received a message from her saying “you were right again, I was wrong” it sucks, I did not even feel like gloating 🤦‍♀️
 

She said a woman called her the day after Xmas and she confirmed this woman was his gf of 3 years. She actually slept with him at this woman’s house (he said it was his). He’s been living with this woman and her 3 kids. She bought his phone and was paying the bill. She found out he had been cheating and she took back phone, cat, and kicked him out.There were at least 7 other women. 

He was unemployed ( said as he worked as a state counselor) and even lied about his name. 
 

none of this was surprising to me in the least. But at least I got an apology from her… Kind of ..
