My husband cheated on me and it happened so quick like suddenly he was so in love with someone else, so addicted to someone else even though we were fine just before that.

It hurts. It hurts a lot. One day I am fine and motivated to move on. Then next day I am going crazy thinking of it, thinking of what they are doing, what are they talking about? Why? What ifs. Then I ended up bombering him with calls because in order to disturbed  them.

I lost motivation to do anything. Not even the ones I find interesting before. I just feel so hurt. I want to find people to talk to, someone completely new.  I am just really hurt.

You sound depressed. For good reason. Sometimes meds help in the short term.

It gets better over time.

I am sorry you are going through this. If you find difficult to accomplish simple tasks of the day, showering, cooking, going to work, then you need to see your doctor. Years ago I went through a bad break up, he had been cheating on me but the harder part was he moved on really fast to someone else while I was still in love with him. I fell into a depression, cried all the time, I hated music, hated the sun, hated people laugher. I never spoke to anyone about it and it wasted 4 years of my life. I regret so much not seeking help back then. In those 4 years I gained almost 100-lbs, I was on a path of self-destruction. 4 years later I lost the weight, got myself back on track, and moved on with my life but I could have moved on much faster if I had only spoken to my doctor about my distress.

I am sorry to hear what happened. What you are feeling is natural but of course painful. You are trying to make sense of something that does not make sense on an emotional level. If you can afford it, please find a counsellor/therapist who can help you to work through this. You just need some support through this very tough time.
