4eyes Posted January 14, 2021 Share Posted January 14, 2021 Today is our one year anniversary. Today I contacted an attorney to file for divorce (hopefully a dissolution). My STBXH was always sweet and loving… always, and still is. This is the scariest thing to me. How can he make me feel so loved, like the most beautiful, most precious thing to him and then cheat on me? Then do it again after we reconciled the first time (all while professing his undying love and promising to never do it again)… I’m mourning what I thought we had, the future that I thought we were planning, but I’m looking forward to better days without him and without this pain.
