Hpchic
My ex who broke up with me almost a year ago just texted me wishing me a happy Valentine’s Day. First off, it’s awkward because I don’t quite know how to respond to that or if I should at all. Secondly, it’s funny how they pop up when you finally start moving on. Just had to get that off my chest lol.
LivingWaterPlease
How strange for your ex to do that. Takes all types, I guess!
poppyfields
My ex who I broke up with a little over a week ago did NOT send me a happy V-Day text, nor was I expecting one. However I did receive a happy V-Day text from my boyfriend before him (short term RL), with whom I have remained friendly even though we are not technically "friends;" I also received texts from my two male friends, my brother, two of my girlfriends (one local, one back east) and my new neighbor who I just met yesterday for the first time. He texted me "Welcome to the neighborhood, Happy Valentines Day"! I just moved in on Friday and ran into him in the walkway. 😂 I would not read too much into it. If he wants to see you or get back together, he needs to do a lot more than send what many people consider to be a standard happy holiday text message. Yes will do that. it’s just weird because I didn’t hear from him for any other holiday and we’re not friends. Haven’t heard from him in a quite a while.

If you reply then you open a door and he will walk back in.
