summer1999 Posted March 4, 2021 Share Posted March 4, 2021 Hi all, I am not sure how to resolve issue between me and my boss. I think she never respects me. recently we trained a new employee, a lady who she thinks is under her alley that will be on her side and help her to manage the team. the new lady did lots of mess during her first month work, and my boss in front of everyone in my team keep saying the training was not done properly which was done by me. I said I trained her how to do it but she did not even do the way I told her. and after I trained her, she began to report to her own supervisor, we never contact any more, she never ask me questions any more... and she began to say the new lady is busy and I should fix her issues, they are too complicated for a new person to do... I asked my responsibilities since my school requires me to have more experience. She is happily accept it and began to hire people, however after she hire this people, I transfer all my job duties to the new person and clean up all the all work and my boss did not give me any new task... she used my request to hire one more people without giving me any new work experience. How would you do with this kind of boss. I tried to look for new jobs but very hard in current situation. I am a hardworking employee, never think one day my boss will treat me like a trash.. this is how I feel right now. Just complain...what I really can do about it... Link to post Share on other sites

If they have an HR you go to them & say something like I feel there was some miscommunication recently & I'd like to clarify a few things so I can be more efficient. I understand that these are my job functions & this is the procedure to train somebody to do this task. Am I correct? If you are not, fix yourself. If there is no HR, you may have to direct the above inquiry to your boss. Do not challenge her authority or even hint that she doesn't respect you.
