Gagirl
I would keep my happy, stable job until they got rid of me. That’s what I did. It has been an adventure since. Temp jobs, gig jobs, contract jobs. Nine jobs (yes 9) in 5 years. It’s been a total blast living on the edge. Covid was nothing for me and my family. We are used to living like that. dramafreezone
Why not look for avenues to get into or develop a strategist role? Certainly since you've been working this job for so long you have an idea of how things can be improved upon or made more efficient? I think that's a good idea to challenge yourself and to provide some forward momentum. But you have to put forth the effort to make this job more exciting. I would not quit the job, grass is almost certainly not greener. Edited April 7, 2021 by dramafreezone
glows
I probably consider myself lucky as my work checks off all three (stable, well paid and exciting). Also, flexible which I appreciate. Narrow down the options with your brain and then follow your heart.
