cosmogal
Anyone have helpful hints on interview questions I can ask back, aside from personal interests in what I can do for the company? This way I can get better clues as to why they need someone. What are professional ways of putting the following questions, if I CAN EVEN ASK THESE. 1. Why the position is open 2. If they respond..."the last employee couldn't manage the position"(as I've heard many times before!), then can I ask in a very professional way why they couldn't manage the position? 3. How many people have held this position within the last two years? 4. Has anyone advanced in this position, if so, where to? 5. Requesting a typed description of my job duties. 6. Asking about the companies best acheivement etc....etc! Pls keep in mind, I'm a big believer of an interview being a two-way street. I understand that I'm interested in the position, and they want to see if I'd be a good candidate, but I also believe I have a right to know what is really there too. slubberdegullion
Tell me a little about your corporate culture; How did you come up with your mission and vision statement?;What's the biggest problem that this position will likely face?;Are you a hands-on or hands-off manager?
