Zebarbu Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 I sent her a quick text Friday asking her out, and her response was "Hey With pleasure. I'm not sure of my work schedule for next week, I will let you know". So, to me, that's a rejection, but then that very night we're having sex and we spent most of Saturday at her place. Should I wait until she texts me? Should I move on? Should I text her?
d0nnivain Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 It's not a rejection. It does seem odd that she hasn't yet figured out her schedule. Maybe 1 more text on Monday saying Did you figure out your schedule yet?
FMW Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 I don't see her response as a rejection, she just didn't immediately agree to a time and date. Depending on what she does for work, an uncertain schedule might not be unusual. I would wait for her to get back to you, as she said she would. If she doesn't within a few days, you can decide whether or not you want to give it another shot with one follow up text, or just drop it. Just keep her in the "maybe" pile for now.
