Broke up with him last weekend he has yet to give me any of my things back

I broke up with my ex this Sunday. I asked immediately after breaking up for my things in his car back. I said you can put them in my mail box but i really need my house key back.  

He said “I’m sorry and I’ll drop them off” two days later he texted me and said “can i come see you can we have sex?” And i said “where is my stuff you said you were bringing? And he didn’t respond 

Why isn’t he bringing my stuff to me. I’m renting my apartment so i can’t change the locks

Lesson to be learnt - if YOU are breaking up with someone remove all your valued possessions before you drop the bomb.
He sounds like a bit of a jerk.
He is trying to barter for your possessions.
Unless you are willing to have sex with him to get them back, I doubt you are going to see them again.

Of course you can.  Tell the landlord someone has a key to your apartment that you aren't comfortable with and you need the locks changed.  No big deal.

Well it was a break up for something he did right then i didn’t think about that until after
