If you don't know when you will be sick, don't buy tickets in advance. Do something else.

As for support , i dont have any.ive been isolated so long. This is what i have right now and trying to use the space to just air.

Writing it out can be helpful.

I hope you can surround yourself with people who either understand or are willing to try to understand your health-related condition(s). Have you also explored alternative channels of nearby support to help bridge the gap between relatives and friends who may not grasp the complexities of your illness? Perhaps a health-related support group specific to your chronic illness?

You don't have to go through this alone yourself.

I gather that you don't consider your husband's support to be a reliable source of help.

Yes and you can get this without leaving your home.

I’m almost fifty, sick, a housewife from living through moves so often trying to keep marriage going or visits.my health, my life, my marriage could all be worsened.he did apologize but that’s like a no remorse thing i cant label it.maybe he means well or its true.I’m so hurt its time to do something.

Good luck on your counseling.  It's a good move and will give you a chance to open up and let out some of your hurt.  (hugs)
