Getting back together with an ex (coworker) after short term relationship?

Hello Guys maybe someone has some advice for this unique Topic,

in February i (man) started texting with a co worker (girl) and after like 4-5 weeks we texted every day about everything. It showed that we have a match in nearly every interest and also a strong sexuall attraction between each other. After 4 Months we had sex and we both were absolute stunned by it. Before this encounter we had a local distance and just saw each other 2 times in person. This continued over the next 2-3 months and she even told me a lot of times personally and by text how good we fit and how long she searched for a guy with the attributes i have. At some point in June she even admitted to have feelings for me (so did i) and our relationship got even intenser till end of july. Suddenly she became distant for like 2 weeks while still texting and ended it soon after telling me she had no more feelings for me.
Before or in between this 2 weeks nothing negative happened and even 1 week before she seemed totally in love, which showed by the things she told me/texted me and the trips we already planned for the future. There was a unbelieveable strong emotinally and physical connection/bond between us which she often recalled even shortly before the distance. Never had such a connection with a person which was the same for her (as she said). She also took a lot of risks to see me or even to spent time with me which makes no sense to do if there where no feelings attached     
I sensed that something wasnt right in this 2 weeks but would never thought she would end it, because there wasnt really a reason other than beeing coworkers and we even talked about that and how we are going to figure it all out.  We even went out to dinner with a other friend 2 days later and She even a few days afterwards how much she likes me and stuff but that it just wont work at this time.
Now 1 month later we still talk by text from time to time and see each other at work sometimes. A few times she even texts me out of nowhere sometimes when she could also text other persons for that.
Yesterday i heard that she has a ne guy which seems like the most classic rebound i ever heard. (other typ of guy, she already deleted his number and he still called her and stuff)
Do you think there is any chance of getting her back and if yes will No Contact work here after this short time? Is it better to stay in contact with restricted messages and calls to just keep the spark alive for a few weeks after going in full contact again? Is it maybe the best way to reestablish this distance (via homeoffice and only seeing 1 a week or less) and connection we had at the start to relight the spark and mysterious magic?
Not really sure what to do in this unique situation, only thing i know for sure is that she is the girl i want.

It's best to date outside of work for this reason. Office romances are complicated and messy. She's in another relationship, so stop chitchatting with her.
