Nothanks
Let’s be clear….that was harassment. I can’t believe your ex employer’s response. It wasn’t her actions that were inappropriate but rather your perception of them. Riiiight. You should not have had to quit and it is unfortunate you felt you had to. You should seek legal advice. In my location, the courts can order a company to rehire the employee who was harassed in addition to paying them compensation and reimbursement of legal fees. If she has been this way with others, it could mean big trouble for your ex employer. Talk to a lawyer please.

Sadly that's very common. It's not that you're male. Keep in mind human resources is there for damage control and field complaints like this, talk to their legal team and then decide. Excellent you resigned. The place was toxic and a bad fit. Don't waste your time and money on attorneys out of principal. That follows you around but the reality in this case is, with such brief employment there, just don't list it. Sometimes it's best to leave a toxic workplace. Social justice is sadly not always the best recourse.
Noproblem
I am angry on your behalf. I know @Wiseman2 advice is great to not even list this job.. but Injustice in life gnaws on you and always always reminds of how unfair you were treated. It eats you alive sometimes. I don't know. I might sue the hell out of them or at least expose them, but only if you got a secure job elsewhere.. and have the means to do that.. It's unfair that they got away with it!
Author chevellecobra
I have to admit at first i thought she was being just friendly but, when she put her hands around my neck from behind me and the next week asked me to dance with her it finally sank in this is past friendly even though i didn't want to believe it because i wanted to keep that job because i enjoyed something for once. I know some guys would say enjoy the attention she gives you but when you need the job and love what you're doing her actions make your job stressful especially when she walks up behind you when you're unaware that she's there. You can't be looking over your shoulder everyday and keep your mind on your job wondering when Miss Handsy is going to strike. What a wackopath she was geeesssssh. Author chevellecobra
I forgot she would always use the phrase " nothing personal " Okay Miss Supervisor your hands around my neck on my back and my leg are nothing personal to you but to me it is personal. central
If anyone is in this situation, you need evidence, especially if you're male. Set your phone to record voice or video if you can set that up discreetly, or note if there are cameras in the workplace that are actually working. Then, you get a lawyer and file a harassment suit, and subpoena the workplace camera footage (you'll need to track dates and times and locations). If there are other workers around, ask them for statements, or find out who they are so they can be called as witnesses if necessary. Document, document, document!
Author chevellecobra
You're are correct about all of the evidence you need to have but the hardest part of going through this is NEVER having experienced it before and by the time i started saying to myself something is starting to feel wrong about what she was doing to me it was too late, I didn't have a clue what she was doing or what i should have done until my aunt told me she's harassing you with the physical and verbal advances. That's the problem being a guy i guess you never think this will happen being male but now i know if it happens again, hopefully not.
