Can a foto be attached to explain something better?

Can foto be attached to explain something better, or are fotos not permitted on this forum. Videos too. Just curioius.

Hi CarmenDane, we don't have the capability to attach photos.    If you were to provide a link to a photo of yourself, your community or friends, this would be against our Terms of Service.

Off the top of my head, the only time it would be acceptable to post a link to a photo would be in an off topic discussion where you need to make a choice of say, a hairstyle.   Please note that even in this situation we do not support links to commercial enterprises.
